Main Beach Surf and Sport Presents “SUP Race for Ocean Rescue”, Supporting the East Hampton Volunteer Ocean Rescue Squad. 

Lazy Point, Amagansett, October 6th, 8am Registration.

Recreational Class (12ft and under), (Mens and Womens division),  6 Mile Course, 9:30am Start

Stock Class (12-6ft), (Mens and Womens division), 6 Mile Course, 9:30am Start

Elite Class (14 ft), ( Mens and Womens division) 6 Mile Course, 9:30 Start

Unlimited Class (Over 14ft), (Mens and Womens division), 6 Mile Course, 9:30 Start

Each race will follow a Down Wind Course from the Lazy Point Launch Ramp to the Eddie Ecker Park in Fort Pond Bay. Should we have strong Eastery winds the course direction will be reversed and we will start at Eddie Ecker Park and  end at the Lazy Point Launch Ramp.

The races will follow World Paddle Association  rules and are supported by the East Hampton Volunteer Ocean Rescue Squad. These amazing volunteers provide race course set up, jet ski, paddler and rescue swimmer safety coverage.

Our great Co-Sponsors SurfTech and Werner Paddles are providing great demos, rentals and prizes,

All racers should bring a Leash or PFD for the race.

Refreshments and a raffle will take place after the race.
