Nature Tours: Enjoy the beauty of the Hamptons on a relaxing Stand Up Paddle session on the bay. Explore the beautiful estuaries, inlets and creeks of the Peconic Bay. Pack a lunch and some cold drinks and you are ready to explore some of the last great protected places. Pick up a few paddling pointers from our paddle sport coaches and hit the local water trails. (Beginner to Intermediate)

Down Wind Paddles: Plan a thrilling downwind paddle along our beautiful ocean beaches. Down winders combine the rhythm of SUP touring with the thrill of paddle surfing while taking in some of the most beautiful ocean beaches in the world. Enjoy the safety, experience and peace of mind provided by having an experienced waterman or waterwoman with your group. (Advanced)

Full Moon Tours and Full Moon Yoga Paddles:

Wine & Cheese Paddles: Romantic, Fun, and totally social, who needs a cocktail party under a tent when you can enjoy a Wine and Cheese Paddle? At Main Beach our Wine and Cheese Paddles combine fun and adventure! Paddle down an exquisite estuary and end up at with new or old friends at a bonfire. Tiki lamps, wine and cheese platters and local snacks will be waiting for you. SUP clinic for all participants. (Beginner to Intermediate)

Yoga Paddles: Ready to take your practice on the water? SUP has the gotten the attention of the Yoga community and we are working with the best instructors in the Hamptons. Join Main Beach for a great Yoga and Meditation paddle on the Full Moon. (Beginner to Intermediate)
